What Is Yard Sale?
Our Yard Sale items are used products that remain fully functional and ready for the mountain. These items may show cosmetic wear and can include professional epoxy or P-Tex base repairs, which do not affect performance or structural integrity. Each piece has been inspected to ensure it meets our standards for rideability and reliability. Because of the discounted pricing and the nature of used equipment, all Yard Sale purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Have Your Used Items Been Inspected?
Every single pair of skis, snowboard, boots, and bindings is professionally inspected by our in-house service team before it ever leaves our shop. Our technicians are trained to spot even the smallest issues, ensuring your gear performs exactly the way it should on the mountain.
Before shipping, each item goes through our comprehensive 8-Point Inspection Process
What Is An 8-Point Inspection?
Before shipping, each item goes through our comprehensive 8-Point Inspection Process, which includes:
- Structural Integrity Check – We examine skis and boards for cracks, edge separation, or base damage.
- Edge Inspection & Tuning – Edges are checked for sharpness, burrs, and proper alignment.
- Base Condition Review – We inspect for gouges or excessive wear and ensure a smooth glide surface.
- Binding Function Test – Bindings are tested for proper release, retention, and mechanical function.
- DIN & Safety Setting Verification – Settings are reviewed to match rider specifications and safety standards.
- Boot Compatibility Check – We confirm proper fit and secure interface between boots and bindings.
- Hardware & Fastener Inspection – All screws, straps, buckles, and components are tightened and secured.
- Final Quality Control Review – A last hands-on check ensures the gear is clean, tuned, and ready to perform.
This thorough process ensures every piece of equipment meets our high standards for safety, reliability, and performance. When your gear arrives, it’s mountain-ready — so you can focus on carving turns, exploring terrain, and enjoying every run with confidence.
