Shipping FAQ
When Will I Receive My Order?
To determine when you will receive your order, please add up to 3 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping you have chosen at checkout. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if you have selected to have your equipment tuned before it is shipped to you. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
What Shipping Options Do You Offer?
UPS Ground (5-7 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS 2-Day Air (2 business days after an order has been processed)
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day after an order has been processed)
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days after an order has been processed)
Note: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to send your order via FedEx, USPS, or a shipping method of equivalent quality and cost.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, size, and your location. We work very hard to keep our shipping costs low so that you only pay the amount of actual shipping charges!
Returns FAQ
What Is Your Return Policy?
Online Purchase: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it back to us within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to you. We cannot accept returns outside of that 7 day window. You are responsible for shipping costs unless you choose our optional No Cost Returns ($9.99) add-on during checkout. If selected, this option allows you to return your item without any out-of-pocket return shipping costs. If you did not opt for the No Cost Returns add-on, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, and for higher-value items, consider adding insurance to protect your return in case of loss or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is significantly worn or damaged, or is not in the same condition it was in when it was purchased. If a return is refused, you are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to you.
How Do I Return My Order?
You must receive a Return Authorization Number from us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or opened. If you have questions, please email orders@rockymtnski.com before shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they choose our optional $9.99 Free Returns add-on during checkout.
Used items purchased in-person at our retail shop, Rocky Mountain Ski and Sport, can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. New items that have not been used may be returned within 7 business days for a full refund. New items that have been used can be returned within 7 days, less a restocking fee of 35 percent. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is significantly worn or damaged. All items being exchanged must be in resellable condition.
