What to bring
- Your Ski Socks, the ones you actually ski in. Even if you wear two pairs of socks on the mountain, we want the full picture, so we can help get you situated.
- Your current boots, even if you're replacing them. They tell us a lot.
- Any insoles or orthotics you use now.
- Shorts or loose pants so we can see your ankles and shins.
- Your Skis or Snowboard and Snowboard Bindings if you're buying new boots, so we can check binding fit.

Boot Fit FAQs
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments guarantee a fitter's full attention, especially on weekends and in early season.
How long does a fitting take?
Our custom fitting and consultation is a one-hour appointment. Most follow-up adjustments take 30–45 minutes each.
Can you fit boots I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Bring them in and we'll evaluate the fit and recommend adjustments.
Can every boot be fixed?
Most pressure points can be relieved, but a boot that's far too big or the wrong shape for your foot has limits. We'll tell you straight if a different boot is the better answer.
Will my new boots loosen up?
Yes. Liners pack out with use, which is why a new boot should feel snug at first. More in our Ski Boot Size & Fit Guide.
Do you fit snowboard boots?
Yes. We stretch snowboard boots to relieve hot spots and toe pressure ($25 per boot) and replace BOA dials and laces.
