Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. For large orders or shipment of large items, additional shipping time may be needed. Sometimes we have to ship items in separate packages, so if you receive part of your order, please wait 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order before contacting us. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order, but we'll give you a heads up right away!

Any shipping delays not alerted to you in the ordering process will be communicated to you within 2 business days of receipt of your order.

Shipping Times:

To determine when you will receive your order, please add up to 3 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping you have chosen at checkout. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if you have selected to have your equipment tuned before it is shipped to you. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
