The 2018 Nordica Sportmachine 90R Ski Boots are comfort-focused alpine boots designed for beginner to intermediate skiers who want an accommodating fit with enough support for confident resort skiing. With a 90 flex and high-volume fit, the Sportmachine 90R offers a forgiving feel while providing more support than softer entry-level boots.
The R designation identifies a rental-oriented version of Nordica's Sportmachine platform, making these boots a durable and practical option for recreational skiers. As a 2018 model, these should be considered older used ski boots, and the condition of the individual pair is especially important.

Performance
The Nordica Sportmachine 90R emphasizes comfort, support, and predictable resort performance.
Its 90 flex provides enough resistance for developing skiers to confidently pressure their skis while remaining considerably more manageable than a stiff 120 or 130 flex performance boot.
The higher-volume Sportmachine platform is particularly useful for skiers who find narrower boots uncomfortable. The additional room through the forefoot creates a more accommodating fit while the four-buckle design provides the retention needed for controlled skiing.
Who Is It For?
The 2018 Nordica Sportmachine 90R is best suited for beginner to intermediate skiers looking for a comfortable, higher-volume boot with a moderate flex.
It's particularly appropriate for recreational skiers with average-to-wide or higher-volume feet who spend most of their time on groomed resort terrain.
The 90 flex also makes it a useful progression option for skiers who want more support than a soft beginner boot without moving into a demanding high-performance model.
Important Note:
These are older used ski boots, and condition will vary between individual pairs. As an R-series rental-oriented model, some pairs may have previously been used in a rental or resort fleet and can show more cosmetic wear than individually owned boots. Expect signs of previous use including shell scratches, scuffs, liner compression, buckle wear, and sole wear. Each pair is inspected for overall safety and functionality before being offered for sale.
Because these are older boots, the physical condition of the shells, soles, buckles, and other components should be carefully considered. Ski boot plastics and components can deteriorate over time depending on age, use, and storage conditions.
These boots feature GripWalk soles and require compatible bindings. Bindings must be professionally adjusted and tested for the skier's specific boots and skier information before skiing.
Used liners may show significant compression from previous use and will not fit exactly like new liners. Photos of the exact boots, liners, shells, buckles, and soles are available upon request.
