Instead of renting gear every time you head to the mountain, you can rent one setup and keep it for the entire winter season. We’ll help select your equipment based on your sizing and skier or rider information, pack it up, and ship it directly to you.
When the season is over, pack it back into the original box, attach your prepaid return label, and send it back.

Rocky Mountain Ski + Sport can ship eligible season rental packages throughout the contiguous United States.
You choose your package online, provide us with your sizing and skier or rider information, and our team handles the rest.
What Comes With a Shipped Season Rental?
We currently offer shipped Standard Season Rental Packages for both adults and kids.
Adult ski packages include skis, boots, and poles.
Kids ski packages include skis and boots, with poles available as an optional add-on.
Snowboard packages include a snowboard, bindings, and boots.
Our team uses the information you provide during checkout, including sizing and ability information, to select an appropriate setup from our available rental inventory.
How Remote Ski and Snowboard Fitting Works
Normally, we’d have you standing right in front of us while we help fit your equipment.
Shipping it across the country makes that a little difficult.
Instead, we collect detailed information about the person who will actually be using the equipment.
Depending on the package, we may ask for information such as your age, height, weight, shoe size, ability level, preferred equipment length, snowboard stance, and other sizing information.
Accuracy matters here, especially when it comes to boots.
Don’t simply guess your shoe size if you’re unsure. Taking a few extra minutes to measure properly can help us select a better-fitting setup the first time.
Our team has fitted thousands of skiers and snowboarders, and we use the information you provide along with our experience to select the most appropriate equipment available.
If something doesn’t fit, contact us. Size exchanges are available based on inventory, although customers are responsible for the additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipped season rentals have a flat $69 round-trip shipping fee.
And yes, round trip actually means round trip.
The fee covers shipping your rental equipment to you AND a prepaid return shipping label to send everything back to Rocky Mountain Ski + Sport at the end of the season.
There is one important rule:
KEEP. THE. BOX.
Seriously.
Keep the original box and packing materials your equipment arrives in. When the season ends, you’ll use them to safely package your equipment for its trip back to Colorado.

For the 2026–2027 season, shipped season rental equipment must be shipped back by April 20, 2027.
Until then, get out there and use it.
What If My Kid Grows During the Season?
Apparently, children refuse to coordinate their growth spurts with ski season.
We tried asking.
If your child outgrows their rental equipment during the winter, contact us. We’ll help determine what size they need next and, when inventory allows, arrange an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with mid-season size exchanges.
What About Equipment Damage?
Ski and snowboard equipment is meant to be used.
Normal wear happens.
For additional protection, a seasonal damage waiver is available for $30.
If something happens to your equipment during the season, stop using the affected equipment and contact our team. We’ll help determine the safest next step.
