Performance
The 2023 Head Kore Team is designed to provide young skiers with a versatile platform for progressing beyond beginner terrain.
The lightweight construction makes the skis easier for smaller skiers to control, while the rockered shape helps with turn initiation and maneuverability. Camber underfoot provides the edge engagement needed for confident turns on groomed and firmer snow.
Compared with a basic junior beginner ski, the Kore Team provides a more versatile platform for kids who are beginning to ski faster, explore different terrain, and develop stronger technique.
Who Is It For?
The 2023 Head Kore Team is best suited for developing intermediate junior skiers who are ready for a more versatile ski than a basic beginner setup.
It's particularly appropriate for kids who are confidently skiing groomed terrain and beginning to explore bumps, trees, variable snow, and more challenging runs.
Proper ski length is especially important for junior skiers. The appropriate size should be based on the child's height, weight, skiing ability, and experience rather than selecting an excessively long ski simply to accommodate future growth.
Important Note:
These skis have significant topsheet damage from previous use. The damaged areas will be repaired and sealed with epoxy prior to sale, but the repair will remain cosmetically visible. Customers should expect these skis to show considerably more topsheet wear and cosmetic damage than a typical used pair.
The epoxy repair is intended to seal and stabilize the damaged topsheet areas. Photos of the exact damage and repaired areas are available upon request, and we recommend reviewing them before purchasing if cosmetic condition is important to you.
Additional signs of previous use may include topsheet scratches and chips, base scratches, edge wear, and other cosmetic imperfections. Each pair is inspected for overall safety and functionality before being offered for sale.
Our used skis are not automatically freshly tuned or waxed before purchase. A professional tune and wax can be added if you would like the skis prepared before hitting the mountain.
Bindings are included. Binding model and specifications may vary with the individual pair unless specifically shown or stated. Junior ski bindings must be professionally adjusted and tested for the child's specific boots and skier information before use. Binding compatibility and serviceability should also be confirmed before skiing.
Photos of the exact skis, topsheet damage, epoxy repairs, bases, edges, topsheets, and bindings are available upon request.
