• Traditional Two-Strap Feel: Designed to provide the secure, locked-in comfort and response riders expect from conventional snowboard bindings.
• Universal Boot Interface: No specialized snowboard boots are required. FASE® works with standard snowboard boots.
• Adjustable Fit: Traditional ratchet adjustment allows riders to fine-tune strap tension based on their boots and preferred riding feel.
• All-Mountain Versatility: Designed for riders who want a responsive setup capable of handling groomers, freestyle terrain, and varied resort conditions.

FASE® Fast Entry

The biggest advantage of the FASE® system is its ability to make getting into your bindings faster without forcing you into a completely different snowboard boot and binding ecosystem.

The AutoBack provides hands-free entry by automatically closing as your boot enters the binding. When you're ready to get out, the system opens for easier exit. The highback can also fold flat for skating, chairlift rides, and storage.

The connected Fast Strap keeps the ankle ladder in position, allowing you to secure the binding quickly with one hand. A traditional ratchet remains available so you can make precise tension adjustments whenever needed.

The locking strap system can remain in your preferred position between runs, reducing the amount of adjustment required each time you get off the chairlift.

Performance

FASE® is designed to retain the comfort, response, and secure connection of a traditional two-strap snowboard binding while making entry and exit considerably more convenient.

Once strapped in, riders still have the familiar support and adjustability of traditional straps rather than relying entirely on a proprietary step-in interface.

This makes the Katana AW FASE® a compelling option for riders who like the performance of conventional bindings but want to spend less time sitting or bending over to strap in after every chairlift.

Who Is It For?

The Katana AW FASE® is best suited for intermediate to advanced snowboarders who want fast-entry convenience without giving up the familiar feel and adjustability of traditional snowboard bindings.

It's particularly appealing for riders who spend full days at the resort and want to transition from the chairlift to the mountain more efficiently.

Because FASE® works with standard snowboard boots, it's also a great option for riders who want fast-entry technology without replacing their existing boots with a proprietary system.

Important Note:

Always confirm that your snowboard boot size falls within the recommended binding size range. Binding fit can vary depending on the exterior dimensions and construction of the snowboard boot.

The FASE® Fast Entry System is designed to work with standard snowboard boots and does not require specialized FASE® footwear.

Exact features, flex, materials, mounting compatibility, and included components may vary by model year and specific Katana AW FASE® configuration.
