Performance
The Salomon SPK 100 emphasizes freestyle performance, impact absorption, and a progressive flex.
The 100 flex provides enough support for confident skiing while remaining more manageable than a stiff race or expert-level alpine boot. This makes the SPK 100 particularly well suited for skiers who need support for takeoffs and landings but still want enough movement for presses, grabs, and other freestyle techniques.
Its park-oriented construction distinguishes it from a conventional all-mountain boot. Rather than focusing exclusively on maximum stiffness and precision, the SPK 100 is designed to provide a more progressive feel that works well for repeated impacts and creative skiing.
Outside the terrain park, the supportive shell still provides the control needed for groomers and general all-mountain resort skiing.
Who Is It For?
The Salomon SPK 100 is best suited for intermediate to advanced freestyle skiers looking for a supportive park-oriented ski boot.
It's particularly well suited for skiers who enjoy terrain parks, jumps, rails, boxes, side hits, and freestyle-inspired all-mountain skiing.
For skiers who prefer a more progressive and freestyle-oriented feel than a traditional four-buckle performance boot, the SPK 100 offers a distinctive option.
Important Note:
These are older used ski boots, and condition will vary between individual pairs. Expect visible signs of previous use including shell scratches, scuffs, liner compression, buckle wear, and sole wear.
Because these are older boots, buyers should pay particular attention to shell condition, sole wear, and boot-to-binding compatibility. The SPK 100 predates modern GripWalk-equipped boots and may use a traditional alpine sole. The exact sole configuration should be confirmed on the individual pair, and bindings must be compatible with the boots and professionally adjusted and tested before skiing.
Used liners may show signs of previous molding or compression and will not fit exactly like new liners. Proper ski boot sizing and fit are extremely important.
Photos of the exact boots, liners, buckles, and soles are available upon request.
